Amino Acids
Amino acids are available individually, in combinations, or as part of a multivitamin. A balanced diet, however, should provide adequate amounts of all the amino acids you need.

Herbs
Medicinal herbs are widely used, although scientific research is often scant on their effectiveness and safety. Look here for information on more than 30 herbs, from alfalfa to valerian.

Minerals
Your body needs two types of minerals: macrominerals and trace minerals. How much calcium do you need? Zinc? Copper? Iron? You'll find recommendations here on safe daily intake.

Vitamins

Other
Is it safe to take shark cartilage? What is flaxseed good for? Can bone meal help you sleep better? Can dolomite be used for a bladder infection? You'll find the answers here.
